Installing The Fill Station
  • Always secure your source CO2 cylinder to a fixed structure. Its the law.
  • Make sure seal washer is in CGA 320 nut.
  • Tighten CGA 320 nut to male stem of source cylinder.
  • Make sure fill valve is closed.


Filling the Paint Ball CO2 Cylinder
  • Inspect the customers paint ball cylinder and the white seal o-ring for damage. Never fill damaged paint ball paint ball cylinders.
  • CO2 can cause frost burns so always wear gloves.
  • Screw paint ball cylinder valve into universal fill adapter. Be sure not to cross-thread!
  • Determine proper number of ounces of liquid to be flowed into paint ball cylinder. (ie: 31/2, 7, 9,10, 12, 16, 20, etc.)
  • Open bleed valve by turning handle in line with body of valve.
  • Screw universal fill adapter's pin depressor clockwise until CO2 begins to blow out.
  • When all CO2 has escaped from paint ball cylinder, close bleed valve. Always close bleed valve before opening main fill cylinder.
  • Open source cylinder valve by turning to th full counterclockwise position and remember to watch scale. The scale (not counting like a "Know-it-All") is the only way to know when the cylinder is full!
  • When proper amount of CO2 has entered bottle, close source cylinder valve. Never overfill paint ball paint ball cylinders. Overfilling wil cause blowout disk to rupture.
  • Turn universal fill adapters pin depressor knob counter clockwise until it releases pressure on cylinder pin.
  • Open bleed valve to relieve the pressure in the line.
  • Unscrew paint ball cylinder.
  • Tile Only Way To Measure (Ills Is With A Scale! For Best Results, Use Siphon Tubes Source Cylinder.


CAUTION :     before using any CO2 cylinder before checking the DOT date stamp to be sure paint ball cylinder is properly tested. Never fill out of date paint ball cylinders.
