Our products and services have helped people serve draft beer, soda and seltzer in bars, homes, pubs, restaurants and taverns for over 25 years. Credit Cards
All Master Card, Discover, American Express and VISA card are accepted for payment with the following conditions:
- Your address will be checked with your credit card company to be sure it is your order
- The only two countries who provide address verification are the USA and Canada therefore if you do not have a US or Canadian credit card we cannot process a credit card order. Your payment will be required in the form of an electric bank transfer.
- All orders paid for by credit card must give the exact billing address as it appears on your credit card bill.
- You must give the card security code which is the
- Four numbers on the right above your American Express Card Number on the front of the card.
- The Three numbers on the back of your Discover, Master Card or VISA in the signature space. These three digits will be at the extreme right of any portion of your credit card number printed in this signature space.
- If you want your order shipped to a different address, one other than your billing address, call your credit card company and have them add that address to your records as an alternate address.
Checks:
We will accept no checks except USA Bank Certified Checks. No personal or company checks will be accepted from anyone without an open account.
Ordering Help:
- We provide ordering help for the items we sell. If you need help in ordering we are happy to help you Monday through Friday during our normal business hours of Noon to 5:00 p.m. Eastern (9:00 a.m. to Noon Pacific) US. We may be available earlier than noon but that is when we are packaging and shipping the previous days orders. You can find additional contact information at Contact Us.
- Price quotes are only given to businesses with expected expenditures of over $1500.00 US. Because we are a small company we cannot afford to quote simple items which are already priced out on the Internet. This in no way limits our desire to help you select the right parts for your system by telephone during normal business hours.
Technical Support:
- Free Technical Support is provided to all our customers for the items we sell. If you need help in ordering we are happy to help our customers for free Monday through Friday during our normal business hours of Noon to 5:00 p.m. Eastern (9:00 a.m. to Noon Pacific) US time at our help and ordering line. Because most people seem to call between 4 and 5 p.m. we suggest you call before that time to avoid busy signals. Jim is the only one to answer questions and we feel it impolite to have you on hold so we only have one phone line. We may be available earlier than noon but that is when we are packaging and shipping the previous days orders and may not be near the phone. Wednesdays may also cause phone problems due to chemotherapy scheduling.
- Paid Technical Support is also available to all non-customers. We can usually help with their draft beer and seltzer problems on a consulting basis at the rate of $3.95 per minute; please have your credit card ready when calling.
Catalogs
We gave up printing catalogs in 1991 to reduce costs to our commercial customers and see no reason to ever go back to printed catalogs. You are always welcome to download or print our WWW catalog.
