 For use by professional line cleaners and bar, pub, restaurant and tavern personal where minimum cleaning time and ease of operation is essential. Most large bars do not use cleaning boards. They just mount the back plates directly over each keg position in the cold room. This is neet and very efficient.
Select the cleaning board to suit your needs but we recommend you assemble one yourself from the components listed on this page and save. Build it yourself and save even more.
It is always advisable to use Probe Lube when attaching your keg connectors to the cleaning board or back to the kegs. The seals and sockets you save will be your own.
Be sure to specify which ones and how many Sockets and Back Plates you require for your application.

Stationary & Wall Mounted Cleaning Board Components
The components below allow you to build your own cleaning board using a plastic cutting board as shown. Just follow the example in the picture and save money. If you need a stationary setup it is built the same except the back plates are mounted directly to your cold room wall. One back plate by each keg. Many of our Pro. line cleaning customers will mount this set up in their best customers cold rooms and just add the sockets to it when they come every week to clean their systems. It saves them a lot of setup time and gives them a competitive edge.

Sockets, Back Plates and Accessories for making your own cleaning board or adding to one of ours.
A cleaning board requires at least one Socket, a Back Plate, An End Stop, a piece of 7060 ½" hose, 7333 hose clamps, a keg coupler and cleaning bottle and one 5179 End Stop per system to operate.
The sockets and back plates are installed im many bars with over 24 lines to allow the manager to clean all lines in less than 20 minutes. Mow that is quick and ecconomical at about $45 per line non-recurring material cost.
The sockets shown are not for use on cleaning bottles as they do not have the relief valve on the bottle caps.
Sockets and backing plates are hooked up in series to form as many cleaning stations as the job requires (5, 10, 20 40 etc.)

By simply switching bottle caps from a System "D" cap supplied to a "S" "U" "A" "G" and Twin Probe cap any keg coupler can be accommodated.
The beer line cleaner supplied with this kit is Long Line beer Line Cleaner for the professional use only. Small bars with direct draw kegulators may want to consider the Home unit with the 5010 B*L*C* which is a milder version of the Long Line Cleaner.
