Only US and Canadian customers can use this form. All others must use mail order form below. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are welcome.
	Telephone Ordering: An easy way of ordering. It provides us with accurate name, address and ordering information thru our secure server. A real, live person will assist you between the hours of Noon to 5:00 PM Eastern (US) Time, Monday thru Friday by calling (973) 512 - 2028. All other hours you may leave your credit card information on our secure answering machine. US and Canadian customers may use credit cards for payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. All others will be instructed how to pay.
	US Armed Forces and Foreign Ordering ONLY: WE only ship by Mail Order to Armed Forces of the USA. All customers from countries other than the US and Canada can use this form to obtain pricing but your order will be shipped by UPS to a freight forwarder of your choice and all foreign payment must be made by Electronic Bank Transfer. US Armed Services can pay by a credit card and your order will be shipped by USPS to your military post office.
