Description
Used to measure the ratio of syrup to water in a drink. A syrup separator is attached to the head of the valve and the brix cup is placed below the separator. When the valve is engaged, syrup should flow into the smaller tube while water should flow into the larger tube.
Regular Syrup: 5 to 1 Ratio (Standard)
Diet Syrup: 5.5 to 1 Ratio (Standard)
